Overview title

The Redmi 8, by popular smartphone manufacturer Xiaomi, quickly gained popularity owing to its impressive specifications, soon after its launch in October 2019. The phone flaunts a 15.8cm (6.22) IPS LCD capacitive touchscreen with a Dot Notch Display, which offers a large, unobstructed view. The Redmi 8 runs on a Qualcomm SDM439 Snapdragon 439 (12 nm) chipset and is available with two types of RAMs- 3GB and 4GB. The phone has an 8 MP front camera and a dual rear camera set up. The Xiaomi Redmi 8 comes with a fingerprint scanner as well as an AI face unlock feature. It is one of the best phones from the brand in the budget-friendly smartphone section. The Mi 8 is available in Sapphire Blue, Ruby Red, Phantom Red, and Onyx Black colors.

The Xiaomi Redmi 8 uses an octa-core (4x1.95 GHz Cortex-A53 & 4x1.45 GHz Cortex A53) processor that clocks speeds up to 2.0 GHz. Also, it runs on a Qualcomm SDM439 Snapdragon 439 (12 nm) chipset and MIUI 11 Operating System, based on Android 9.0 Pie. These features, along with the Adreno 505 GPU, allows the Redmi 8 to switch between apps and tasks effortlessly for a lag-free experience.

Aura Mirror Design title

The Redmi 8 comes with an Aura Mirror design, which offers it a premium look. It has a Corning Gorilla Glass 5 casing on the front and flaunts curved edges. The Mi Redmi 8 dimensions measure 156.5 x 75.4 x 9.4 mm (6.16 x 2.97 x 0.37 in) and it weighs 188 g. For protection against splashes, the phone comes with a water repellent coating. It has a rear-mounted fingerprint sensor.

The Redmi 8 has a 6.22 inches IPS LCD capacitive touchscreen that supports 16M colours and has a 19.9 aspect ratio. The Dot Notch Display, along with the HD+ resolution of 720 x 1520 pixels, offers an immersive viewing experience. A Corning Gorilla Glass 5 protects it on the outside from scratches and physical damage.

The Xiaomi Redmi 8 runs on a huge 5000 mAh, non-removable, Lithium-Polymer battery. The phone also supports 18W fast charging.

  • • I have understood the EMI Scheme and agree to pay the Loan Amount as per the Master Terms and Conditions for Loans and EMI Card.
  • • I request BFL to procure my CIBIL report, share it with me and recover from me Rs. 46 (including applicable taxes) for it.
  • • I hereby express consent for deducting applicable transaction convenience fee mentioned above in form to the first EMI of my Loan Transaction.
  • • I hereby expressly consent for taking my photo/video evidencing the conduct of loan transaction by me and that such photo/video is unconditionally agreed to be stored and preserved for a period of atleast five (5) years or otherwise from the date of closure of the loan and/or as the law/regulations may so mandate, whichever is higher.
  • • I hereby expressly consent for paying a Loan Enhancement Fee, as specifically mentioned in the Charge Slip above, in case where BFL allows to approve the Loan Transaction amount over and above my EMI Card limit, as per its internal risk/credit policies and at its sole and absolute discretion.   • • Any delay in payment of Monthly Installment/EMI shall attract penal interest at the rate of 4% per month on the Monthly Installment/EMI outstanding, from the date of default until the receipt of Monthly Installment/EMI.
  • • I understand that BFL is granting/has granted the CD loan at zero percent interest, since the relative interest is being paid by the manufacturer and/or dealer to BFL on the said product for the initial period (original tenor) of loan. In case the tenor of said loan is extended for whatever reasons including due to my request for moratorium, I shall pay the interest at the rate of 24% per annum on the revised equated monthly installments due and payable by me, as may be communicated by BFL.
  • • I understand and acknowledge that, upon availing moratorium from BFL, the benefits of third party products namely Digital Fone Safe (DFS)/Screen Protect/Mobile Protect, whichever product availed by me, shall cease to be of effect, until the loan dues pertaining to the moratorium period are paid by me to BFL.
  • • Additional Cess will be applicable on all charges in state of Kerala.
  • • Mandate Registration charge - Rs. 118 inclusive of applicable taxes(This charge is for select banks and Bank list updated on website).
