This Offer is extended by the following Sellers to the Customers on the products of Nexa

Eligibility for this Offer will be subject to fulfilment of all following conditions,

•              The product is delivered & booking is not cancelled.

•              The Loan should be approved and disbursed

•              Loan is not rejected.

3.    What is the Offer Period?

The Offer period is from 6^th   September 2024, 12:00 AM To 17^th September 2024, 11: 59 PM

4.    How do I check if a Product is eligible under the Offer?

The eligible Product shall have the following Offer text:

Products without the aforementioned Offer text are not eligible for this Offer.

Product purchased from the “above-listed Seller” is only eligible for this Offer.

5.    Can this Offer be clubbed with another offer? 

Yes, it can be clubbed with any other active offers available at the time of this Offer Period.

6.    How many times can I avail the Offer in the Offer Period?

The Offer can be availed on any number of purchases or transactions of the eligible Products.

7.    In how many days will the Offer be fulfilled?

The Offer price will be directly adjusted against the Down Payment amount.

General Terms and conditions of Seller Offer

1.   By Participating in this Offer (defined below), EMI card holder (“You” or “Customer”) agrees to be bound by:

            a.   The Seller’s terms and Conditions of the Offer defined herein and General Terms and Conditions of Offers

            b.   Terms of Use, Privacy policy of the Site. 

            c.   Terms and Conditions of EMI card

            d.   Returns, replacement and Cancellation policy on Bajaj Mall

            e.   And any other modifications, alterations and updates thereof, which are published on the Website

2.   Seller reserves the right to update the terms and conditions at any time without a notice to the user.

3.   This Offer is valid for limited inventory and subject to availability at the time of purchase.

4.   Seller undertakes not to divulge the information provided by the Customer who avails the offer to any third party. It shall be used solely for the purposes of fulfilling the offer i.e. onboarding the User, invoicing, service delivery etc.

5.   The Customer may navigate all the available offers relating a product on the Site with no obligation to purchase.

6.   The Offer is non-transferable and non-negotiable. Under no circumstance will the Offer be settled in cash.

7.   Issuance of this Offer does not amount to endorsement of services provided by the Sellers or any third-party service provider (“Service Provider”). BFDL shall not be liable for any missed services, quality, defect or deficiency in the services provided by Seller or Service Providers.

8.   Seller and BFDL reserves the right at any time to change, modify, withdraw, extend or terminate this Offer at their discretion, without any prior notice and without any liability or obligation in this regard.

9.   BFDL shall not be liable for any failure of the Seller to provide Offer benefits/ Prizes to the eligible Customer. Seller shall indemnify and hold BFDL harmless against any claims by the   Customer in this regard.

10.   The terms and conditions in this Offer are in addition and not be in derogation with the terms applicable terms and conditions on our platform. If the terms and conditions of this Offer reverses the General terms and conditions of the Offer by BFDL; the terms and conditions contained herein would supersede the General terms and conditions of Offer by BFDL for only for the purpose of this offer. All the other General terms and conditions of Offers by BFDL would apply as-is.

11.   Disputes regarding the Seller Offer, if any, regarding the Products/Services under the Offer can be submitted in writing by the customer to BFDL customer service team. BFDL will forward the complaint to the seller for amicable resolution. In no scenario will BFDL take any liability of product and services offered by the Seller. The resolution of dispute will solely be responsibility of the Seller. 

12.   The Offer shall be governed by the Laws in India. Any disputes arising out of and in connection with this Offer or otherwise shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Pune only.

13.   This document is an electronic record in terms of Information Technology Act, 2000, and the Rules there under as applicable and the amended provisions pertaining to electronic records in various statutes as amended by the Information Technology Act, 2000. This electronic record is generated by a computer system and does not require any physical or digital signatures.

BFDL Disclaimers:

1.   This Offer is offered by Seller to the Customers and not by BFDL.

2.   Seller reserves the right at any time to change, modify, update, withdraw, extend or terminate this Offer at their discretion, without any prior notice and without any liability or obligation in this regard.

3.   BFDL shall not be liable for any failure of Seller to fulfill this offer under this Offer to the eligible Customer.

4.   Disputes regarding the fulfilment of this Offer under this Offer should be addressed to Seller directly. In no scenario will BFDL take any liability for fulfillment of this Offer.

5.   These Terms and conditions as mentioned hereunder shall be read in conjunction with the terms and conditions of Bajaj Mall and Seller respectively.
