You can raise a request for return/replacements on bajajmall.in in “My Orders” section in the below sequence: My Orders >> Eligible Order >> Raise a Request >>Reason>>Submit Before raising a return request, you can contact the Seller and Seller shall arrange for a home pick up of the product to be returned from your delivery address. However, you need to ensure that the product is in the same condition as was received along with the invoice of the product and need to bear the return/replacement charges depending upon the Seller’s policy. When will my first EMI be deducted?
The EMI due date depends on the date on which you buy the product. For example: • If you buy the product on 7th March 2022 (Before the 15th day of the month), the first EMI will be deducted on 02nd April 2022, • If you buy the product on 16th March 2022 (After the 15th day of the month), the first EMI will be deducted on 02nd May 2022. The exact Due date will be communicated in the Statement of Account & Welcome letter by E-mail.

E-mandate is an online, one-time registration process of setting up a payment instruction to debit your verified bank account. In other words, you authorize Bajaj Finance Ltd. to debit your bank account towards EMIs/recovery of loan amount automatically.

Why am I approved for a lesser amount?
There could be multiple reasons that you are approved for a lesser amount. It includes having too many payment obligations, failing to meet our eligibility criteria, delayed salary payments, applying for loans with other banks, etc.
My approved loan limit is more than my product price. Still, I can’t shop on Zero Downpayment. Why?
As per our eligibility criteria and our internal policy, for specific customers, minimum downpayment must pe paid to buy the product.
