  1. A.      ELIGIBILITY OF THE PRODUCT PLAN:
  2. The Product Plan shall be valid only for the User/s who are residents of India and have attained age of eighteen (18).
  3. The Product Plan and or the features thereunder are non-transferable.
  4. The geographical scope of coverage for this Product Plan is within India only.

 

  1. B.      APPLICABILITY

The features and benefits under the Product Plan shall be valid as per the details provided in each features and benefits. Validity shall commence from the date of successful delivery of the Product provided that the Product is not cancelled by the User post purchase. Validity of the Product Plan is subject to information provided by User at the time of purchase of this Product Plan is accurate and correct. BFDL shall not be responsible to verify the accuracy and completeness of the information provided by the User.

 

  1. C.       PRODUCT PLAN FEATURES:

The Product Plan brings to the User 3 categories of services – Entertainment Services; Emergency Assistance Services and e Vouchers. All of these are integral part of the Product Plan and are available to the User in aggregation and cannot be availed in parts.

  1. D.      DEFINITION:

The following words or terms shall have the meaning ascribed to them wherever they appear in this Document, and references to the singular or to the masculine shall include references to the plural and to the feminine wherever the context so permits:

  1. Abroad - In a country other than India.
  2. BFDL’s Platform shall mean and include, the mobile application and website by the name and style of [www.bajajmall.in], which is proprietary to and the intellectual property of the BFDL.
  3. Card – User’s credit, debit, prepaid, cash and other similar cards.
  4. Card Loss – Loss/Theft of User’s Card.
  5. CPP means CPP Assistance Services Private Limited who is a Business Partner of BFDL to provide the Product features namely subscription for Eros Now, ZEE5 , Advance for emergency hotel bills and travel tickets, Complimentary Fraud Protection on Cards and Mobile Wallets with this Product Plan.
  6. Digital Gold shall mean minimum 99.5% pure 24 karat gold in digital form offered under the brand name “SafeGold”, available for purchase to the customers in retail form on BFDL’s Platform.
  7. e Store shall mean an online e-commerce marketplace for display, advertising and sale of products by domain name Bajajfinservmarkets.in/emistore.
  8. Alt Balaji means Online streaming services of various contents offered by Alt Balaji.
  9. Gaana Plus Premium subscription shall mean music streaming service provided by Times Internet and access to high quality music sync over the Internet on Gaana enabled devices.
  10. Gaana enabled devices means the devices which are compatible for listening to Ganna Plus Premium subscription.

  12. Product Plan means the Markets+ Lite Plan offered with various features and benefits as mentioned herein.
  13. ZEE5 means Online streaming services of various contents offered by Essel Group via its subsidiary Zee Entertainment Enterprises Limited.
  14. User/you shall mean the you/your/individual person who has availed the Product Plan for his or her benefit.

 

  1. E.       PRODUCT PLAN BENEFITS:

ENTERTAINMENT SERVICES

 

  1. 1.       GANNA PLUS PREMIUM SUBSCRIPTION:

The Product Plan will provide User, 3 months of Gaana Plus premium subscription on the Gaana mobile application for downloading unlimited songs, albums or full playlists by way of streaming over the Internet and or through mobile applications on Gaana enabled devices.

 

Gaana Subscription can be availed within a period of 3 months from the date of purchase of Product Plan and shall be valid for 3 months thereafter.

 

Process of Activation:

         i.             Activation can be done on both Android and iOS Devices by signing in into the Gaana mobile application You shall have to enter the Coupon Code received under “Redeem Coupon” section of the Gaana App

       ii.            You shall be prompted to add the Payment Method details for future payment towards the subscription after the end of the subscription period provided in the Product Plan, unless cancelled before the end of subscription period within this Product Plan.

     iii.            ₹1 shall be charged to the selected Payment Method to authenticate the Payment Method which shall be refunded back to the payment source within 7 business days.

 

  1. 2.       ALT BALAJI:

ALT Balaji is an Indian subscription based video on demand platform which is a wholly owned subsidiary of Balaji Telefilms Ltd. Launched on 16 April 2017, ALT Balaji is the Group's foray into the digital entertainment sphere to create original OTT content. The platform has around 34 million paid users.

  1. 3.       ZEE5:

As a benefit under the Product Plan, User will be provided all access Annual subscription offered by ZEE, an online portal service with various contents by way of streaming over the internet on mobile and similar handheld devices, and by the way of mobile applications. With this You can watch Live TV channels, originals, movies, TV shows with quality streaming and a premium experience.

For deriving this benefit, User shall be provided with a unique ZEE5 redemption code. For details please visit https://www.zee5.com

ZEE5Subscription can be availed within a period of 3 months from the date of purchase of Product Plan and shall be valid for 1 year thereafter.

 

Process of Activation:

  1. Registration and activation can be done on www.ZEE5.com by clicking on “Have a prepaid code” tab and applying the unique ZEE5 redemption code as received and selecting the 12 months Premium plan.
  2. Mobile number/Email-id and OTP will be required to complete the one step authentication process.

 

EMERGENCY ASSISTANCE SERVICES

  1. 4.       SINGLE CALL TO BLOCK LOST CARDS

No matter the time, destination, or situation, User can block all of its lost cards [credit, debit, ATM cards of any bank] in a jiffy by calling 1800 419 4000 (toll-free) or 6000 4000 (both numbers available 24x7).

 

  1. 5.       ADVANCE FOR EMERGENCY HOTEL BILLS & TRAVEL TICKETS

Stranded in a hotel, taxi, or airport with Lost Cards! You are covered under this Advance for Emergency Hotel Bills & Travel Tickets benefit which can get you back home or a destination nearest to your Home.

                i.     Emergency cash advance up to ₹40,000/- [International] and up to ₹20,000 [In India] if required. Emergency cash advance shall be interest free and repayable by you within 28 days.

              ii.     Replacement ticket back home [if your travel tickets have been lost or stolen at the same time as the Card Loss when in India or Abroad] up to ₹40,000/- [International] and up to ₹20,000 [In India] if required each within 48 hours internationally & 24 hours in India.

 

  1. 6.       COMPLIMENTARY FRAUD PROTECTION*:

                i.        This is a complimentary benefit which covers fraud on Cards [Credit, Debit, ATM cards of any bank] (up to 30 days prior to loss report) due to loss, theft, online usage, phishing, tele phishing PIN based and transactions where OTP is not required (if card is lost/stolen) for up to ₹ 50,000.

              ii.       This add-on benefit gets activated within 7 days of date of purchase of this Product Plan.

*      Fraud protection cover is provided by an Indian General Insurance Company registered with IRDAI under the group insurance policy taken by CPP.

 

An e-pack contacting details of the features of the product mentioned above in clause (3) to (7) (EROS Now, ZEE5, Single Call to Block Lost Cards, Advance for Emergency Hotel Bills & Travel Tickets, and Complimentary Fraud Protection) shall be sent by CPP on User’s registered email ID and SMS on User’s registered Mobile number or the email id/phone no..

 

E-VOUCHERS:

  1. 7.       e Store instant discount Voucher worth ₹500/-

On account of your purchasing the Product Plan, you shall receive an e Store instant discount voucher worth ₹500/- (Rupees Five Hundred only) which can be used on your subsequent successful product purchase/s on e Store. The said e Store instant discount vouchers can be redeemed only while successful product purchase limited to LED, AC, Laptops, Washing Machine and Refrigerator and shall not be applicable to any other products not expressly mentioned hereinabove.

The e Store instant discount Voucher can be redeemed within 1 year of purchase of the Product Plan.

 

  1. 8.       Multi-brand Vouchers amounting to ₹5,000/-

On account of your purchasing the Product Plan, you shall receive complimentary Multi-brand Vouchers amounting to ₹5000/- (Rupees Five Thousand only). The Multi-brand vouchers can be accessed on https://finservmarkets.thelogicalbanya.com/offers/5000 . The Multi-brand vouchers provided hereunder can be used while shopping from the respective brands of which the voucher belongs to and shall be redeemable as per the terms and conditions of such Offers by the respective brands of which the Voucher belongs to.

  • A voucher can be used only once in a single order.
  • The balance amount after the discount provided in the multi brand vouchers is availed, will have to be paid by the User at the time of purchase and BFDL shall not be responsible for the same.

 

The Multi-brand voucher shall be valid for the period as mentioned on the voucher access page. Please note that the vouchers provided in the Product Plan contains products of a third-party brands and shall be governed by additional terms and conditions of such brands. Please read the terms and conditions carefully.

 

  1. 9.       Digital Gold Voucher worth ₹49:

On account of your purchasing the Product Plan, a Digital Gold Voucher worth ₹99 (Rupees Forty-Nine Only) shall be given. Weight of Gold may vary basis the price of Gold as on the date of such voucher being redeemed and the Digital Gold being credited. Digital Gold shall be required to be redeemed on Bajaj Mall App within 30 days of the purchase of the Product Plan else the voucher shall lapse.

 

Redemption of the Digital Gold Voucher:

The Coupon Code on the Digital Gold Voucher as received by the User from BFDL hereunder, should be applied by the User at the time of accessing the registered user’s account whereupon upon applying the Coupon code, the Digital Gold back of ₹49 shall be credited to the registered User account with Safegold on BFDL’s Platform.

 

  1. F.       SENDING THE VOUCHER CODES:

Following voucher codes shall be sent by BFDL to the User with this Welcome kit and or through email vide email id: marketsplus@bfsmarkets.in within 3 working days.

Disclaimers of the Voucher codes:

  1. The Voucher codes has to be redeemed in full. Partial redemption is not allowed.
  2. This Voucher is not redeemable for cash or credit nor can be exchanged for a gift card/gift card.
  3. If the User misplaces the Welcome kit/deletes the SMS if any with the voucher/voucher code, BFDL shall not be responsible to reimburse/refund/reinstate.
  4. Validity period of this voucher will not be extended under any circumstances.
  5. The Vouchers/benefits hereunder Product Plan cannot be clubbed with any other offer/schemes.

 

  1. G.      CONFIDENTIALITY:

BFDL use best industry standard, methods, practices and technology to maintain the security and integrity of User’s Confidential Information. BFDL will make the appropriate measures to ensure that User’s data is adequately protected.

BFDL may pass User’s personal information to approved suppliers/service providers for the purpose of providing the Service to You and sending correspondence to You which you hereby consent to by availing the Features and Benefits of the Product Plan.

 

  1. H.      LIMITATION OF LIABILITY:

BFDL’s role in relation to this Product Plan and the Products offered therein shall be limited to that of a facilitator to bring to the User the various products, features and benefits under one Platform, and BFDL shall not in any manner be liable to User for any failure of Service, loss, damage, claims, compensation in relation to or arising from User’s use of any of the features and benefits of this Product Plan.
  3. It is hereby clarified that respective companies to which the Entertainment Services belongs to [as morefully defined in the definition clause] will always remain responsible and liable for any services / claims arising from the use of such Entertainment services and Subscriptions thereof and BFDL shall have no Liability thereof.
  4. User hereby understand and confirm that the information provided by User at the time of purchase of this Product Plan is accurate and correct information. In case of any discrepancy, BFDL or its Service Partner cannot be held responsible for any loss, damage or fraud (direct or indirect) which might occur to User due to wrong submission of any information by User to BFDL. Also, BFDL or its Service Partner cannot be held responsible for any loss, damage or fraud (direct or indirect) which might occur to User if BFDL is unable to provide the Services to User for reasons beyond BFDL’s control or even after reasonable efforts are made by BFDL and or its Service Provider. Also, BFDL at its discretion reserves right to cancel the Product Plan issued to User without any requirement of further notice to the User.

 

  1. I.        DISCLAIMERS: To the maximum extent permitted by Law;
  2. BFDL do not warrantee or guarantee the fitness of the features and benefits under the Product Plan for any particular purpose and or merchantability of the features and benefits of the products under the Product Plan.
  3. BFDL shall not be liable for any missed services, quality, defect or deficiency in the Products purchased through the use of the multi brand vouchers offered herein.
  4. The Product Plan is for individual use only and the benefits herein cannot be transferred and or assigned to any other person except the User.
  5. The Features and Benefits provided in the Product Plan contains products of a third-party brands and shall be governed by additional terms and conditions of such brands. Please read the terms and conditions carefully.
  6. BFDL disclaims all liability for any errors or omissions contained in this information or any failure to update or correct this information and the Features and Benefits provided in this Product Plan, which is on "as-is" and "with all faults and risks basis" and without warranties of any kind.
  7. BFDL expressly reserves the right, in its discretion, to suspend, change, modify, add or remove whole or portions of the Product Plan without any prior notice.

 

  1. J.        CANCELLATION

No cancellation of the Product Plan shall be allowed once the Product Plan is purchased.

 

  1. K.      GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
  2. These terms and conditions are in addition to the Terms of Use and Privacy policy of BFDL Platform. These terms and conditions are governed by and must be interpreted in line with the laws of India.
  3. BFDL and User agree that all the disputes/differences arising out of or in relation to this Agreement shall be referred to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Pune. User and BFDL agree that terms and all other communications will be issued in English.
